For example, you have a cut & colour booked and would like to change your appointment to just a cut.

Cancel an upcoming appointment within the cancellation window of 24 hrs. Contact your Stylist directly if you need to cancel with less than 24hrs notice.
Trouble logging in?​
If we have the incorrect phone number on file or there are multiple profiles using the same phone number (like parents + kids) you will not be able to log in, please contact your stylist to update your profile and get access.

Wellness
If you are not feeling well for any reason, please let us know and we will work with you to re-book your appointment. If you are obviously unwell when you arrive, we will require you to wear a face mask during your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if you are unwell.
Corrections
Please let your Stylist know within 7 days of your appointment if you feel there has been a technical error with your service. In most cases we will either correct errors on the spot, or book a correction appointment before you leave. Correction services are completed by the same Stylist that did the original service as they are most familiar with your hair and the consultation you had.

Cancellations
If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 mins late, your appointment may be re-scheduled and a late fee will apply. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service total. No Call/No Show is subject to a fee of 100% of the booked service total. All account balances must be paid in full before booking another appointment.
